Patient Device Tracking (PDT)

PDT is a process tool by which a medical device manufacturer tracks the location and status of an implanted device. He can also track the information of the patient. The device to ensures that health care professionals and patients can be notified in a timely manner of any unreasonable risk of substantial harm associated with the device. We have designed this tool for St. Jude Medical India (SJM) to help them convert their hectic manual process completely online and simple.

Hallmarks

  • Security has been the major issue while using the manual process; PDT was designed in such a way that once user can login to the tool only at one place and any other opened sessions would be closed instantly.
  • There is no chance of missing data or corrupt data of the inventory sold.
  • There is always the chance of cross selling the inventory, so we have designed PDT to track the inventory from time to time to make sure that only one user has the inventory at one particular time.
  • Transparency and reliability are maintained as the code was audited and certified by a third party.
  • Hacking can be a big threat for tools like PDT, we have the facility to track the IP addresses to avoid hacking.
