An organization can only grow through people. And because our most important assets are these very people, SCUBE consistently works towards societal betterment. From those who are part of the organization, to the clients we work for and the society at large, we take every opportunity that comes our way to convert it into a positive social example.

One such successful initiative that has helped SCUBE share its knowledge and experience has been its ‘Incubation centers’. These centers are devised to provide a practical IT training platform for college goers. Established in conjunction with educational institutions, the incubation centers bring together students, who are then provided technical training and live projects by the SCUBE team. This helps students keep abreast of latest technologies and practical know-how, giving them a competitive edge. Additionally, this helps the IT sector, with trained students who are adept in the latest technologies.

Besides this, SCUBE employees constantly involve themselves in various other activities of societal improvement as well. Visit to the local orphanage ‘Adarana’ and donation of food and snacks was one such initiative. The success of this venture has motivated Scubians to continue donations to the needy, provide food and books and educational funds wherever possible.

From creating energy efficient systems, to minimizing wastage, we ensure that we do our bit for our environment and the society at large. Our endeavors are just a small step and in the future, we hope to make much more possible.
