The first stage of any project would be a Call with the client or the referral from a third party for the project which ever comes first. Following the Client call or meeting the project goes into the next step or stage where the Plans of the project are discussed in detail with the client.

The client is introduced to the expertise the company has to offer and the different areas and fields that we work with. Client then is asked for their needs and what they are looking for in their project.

 

We as a team get to show the client what projects we have available in that particular area or field and show them exactly what they could expect from us. Client gives us the basic requirements of the project; either it could be a web application, a module, and an application by itself and several others.

The projects are then taken to the next stage of selecting the GUI and the look and feel of the project or the application the client has in mind. Once the GUI and the applications are finalized, we get the budget information from the client and how much the client is willing to spend and the requirements that were given by the client are cross-checked to make sure that the requirement would meet the clients budget restrictions.

 

The Initial meetings with our clients would also cover if there are any restrictions in the project and the project start and end dates.
