Required Skill set :

• Must have a good knowledge on Javascript, jQuery, Ajax
• Must be expertized in Zend / Joomla
• Any other frameworks / CMS will be added advantage
• Must have exp on any one of Open Source (MVC architecture)
• Able to handle projects individually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accent or dialect will not be a constraint

Roles &Responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, and develop Web-based applications.
• Solve project-related problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Write technical documentation including use cases and design documents.
• Contributes best, without reservation, by actively participating in meetings and sharing knowledge, expertise, ideas, and information.
• Identification /design/development of required system interfaces.
• Respects other people’s contribution, does not criticize, complain, or condemn.
• Listens carefully and asks questions.
• Works for consensus on decision and is prepared to negotiate important points.
